“I have worked with Mihir for about 4 years now. We started working together when Mihir was in his final year at Symbiosis institute. I was his project sponsor and Mihir’s main task was to design fractal antennas for Antenna Toolbox. It took him about 3 months to create a brand-new antenna catalog element. He showed a good understanding of the EM concepts as well as the software architecture which was necessary to complete the project successfully. His impressive work led to an offer for a full-time position in my team. Over the last 3 years since joining the team, Mihir has done a great job taking on complex projects and completing them on time.
